Andrew is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Bluestein Ventures, where he leads the firm's strategy, chairs its investment committee, and advises portfolio companies. With more than 12 years of investing, he has made over 50 investments. He currently sits on the boards of Bizzy Coffee, Local Hero, and BiomeSense, and previously served on the board of Factor 75 through its exit. Andrew is also Managing Partner of the Bluestein family office.

Andrew brings to Bluestein a deep and diverse background working with emerging leaders to grow their businesses. Prior to Bluestein, Andrew spent over seven years as a strategy consultant at Monitor Deloitte, working with larger consumer and industrial companies. He has served as a mentor with 1871, the Good Food Accelerator, and Naturally Chicago, and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and the Chicago Giving Circle, a group of families working together to create impact in the Chicago community.

Outside of work, Andrew loves to spend time with his wife and their two kids. He's an avid Chicago Bears and White Sox fan, struggles to reclaim his high school golf glory days, has found a new obsession in paddle tennis, and thrives on elevating his barbecue and tailgate experiences.
